1. Orders & Acceptance
1.1. All orders are subject to acceptance by us.
1.2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product availability.
1.3. Once accepted, your order constitutes a binding agreement.
2. Pricing & Payment
2.1. All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
2.2. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.2. Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

4.1. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless a product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
4.2. In the case of a defective or damaged product, you must contact us within 30 days of receipt with photographic evidence.

5.1. We warrant that our products will materially conform to their descriptions at the time of delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law
7.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.
7.2. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ile-de-France, France.
